Students, staff and community members of Van Arsdale Elementary dedicated their new playground on the first day of school. I was honored to be part of the celebration.
May 2009, Governor Ritter signs Senate Bill 09-144 into law at a town hall meeting held at Arvada West High School. The law, which I sponsored in the House, establishes a grant program to address the needs of the hearing impaired.
